1. General Terms

1.1. The iPark vehicle parking area (hereinafter referred to as the "Parking Area") is the private territory of MB Gerovės paieškos, the administrator of the Parking Area (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").

1.2. These rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") regulate the parking of vehicles in the Parking Area. It is considered that vehicle owners and/or owners (hereinafter referred to as the "Client(s)"), using this Parking Area, are familiar with and commit to adhering to these Rules.

1.3. Clients undertake to pay for vehicle parking in the Parking Area according to the rules and tariffs set out in these Rules.

1.4. Entry into the Parking Area and payment for vehicle parking are regulated by the rules on the website www.iPark.lt.

1.5. In case the client has any questions related to the interpretation or application of the Rules, the client can contact the Administrator by phone at +370 664 42120 or by email at info@ipark.lt.

1.6. Entry into the Parking Area is allowed only for registered vehicles i) that have paid for parking on the website www.iPark.lt, ii) and whose registration number is confirmed in the designated place (Traffic Rules point 237) and clearly visible (Traffic Rules Annex 4, point 1).

1.7. The minimum parking time in the Parking Area is 1 day. The day starts at 00:00 and ends at 23:59 (after 24 hours).

1.8. Vehicles must be parked according to the markings in the Parking Area. It is prohibited to park or leave vehicles in violation of traffic rules regarding vehicle parking.

1.9. Clients, when maneuvering in the Parking Area, must follow traffic rules. Attention is drawn to the "right-hand traffic" rule.

1.10. The Administrator is not responsible for the safety of vehicles and items inside them. The client is responsible for any damage to material property in the Parking Area and must fully compensate for any damage caused.

2. Service Reservation

2.1. The client has the right to pre-book a service only after familiarizing themselves with these Rules published on the website.

2.2. The reservation is a prepayment. To make a reservation, the client's phone number, vehicle registration number, and email address are required (preferably, as the reservation confirmation email with detailed arrival and order information is sent to it).

2.3. The client's data entered in the reservation is stored in the ipark.lt database for the purpose of providing the service. The Administrator does not disclose client data to third parties, except when required by state institutions based on the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.4. The confirmation of the service reservation, arrival at the Parking Area, and information on using it are specified in the email sent to the client's specified email address.

2.5. The client can change the reservation period or cancel the reservation free of charge, no later than 24 hours before the start of the reserved service period, by contacting the administration at info@ipark.lt or by phone at +370 664 42120.

2.6. If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours before its start, the client will be refunded the full prepaid reservation amount. If the client contacts ipark.lt administration later than 24 hours before the start of the reservation period or does not use the service, the money will not be refunded.

3. User Instructions

3.1. To enter the Parking Area, call the phone number indicated on the road barrier (boom barrier). When calling the specified number, wait for the invitation signal and rejection signal. Once the system identifies your phone number, it associates it with your vehicle's registration number, and the barrier is raised. You can enter the Parking Area. By calling the specified number, you confirm that you are familiar with the rules of using the Parking Area and undertake to adhere to them.

4. Liability

4.1. If the client fails to comply with the requirements of Rule 1.5, the Administrator, in accordance with legal regulations, has the right to remove the vehicle from the Parking Area. In such a case, the police are called, and all costs associated with the forced removal of the vehicle from the Parking Area, as well as other negative consequences (including fines, costs of securing the vehicle in a special area, etc.), are borne by the client. In addition, the client's vehicle may be prohibited from entering the Parking Area.

4.2. The client is prohibited from taking any actions that may be aimed at avoiding the obligation to pay for vehicle parking in the Parking Area (attempting to enter or exit after another vehicle, etc.).
